Weird and mysterious ban

I was banned for absolutly NO reason. This is how it happened: I was playing mancala with my friend but I couldnt  click or quit. i asked him to quit for me, but the type didnjt show up (in his view). then he quit two minutes later and dissappeared. I tried loading his player card but it wouldnt load ( I tried about 4 times, and he was stil online) so I TRIED  to go to the coffee shop, but IT wouldnt load. so i logged back out and went back in, but i was banned for 72 hours. thats the second time Ive been banned for NO reason.        But luckly my ban is almost over( 26 hours left(ithappened on monday))

Mission(1)

Here is the first mission for people who need help 

1. Go to the ice rink and pick up the photos.

2.Give them to aunt artic.

3. Go to the pet shop and on the dog house theres a note. desipher it(decode)

4.Go to the sports shop and answer his question.( use the note you decoded earlier)

5.Get the life preserver and go to the Ice berg. click on them with the life preserver shooter and shoot.

6. Go to the ski mountain and fix the penguins telescope with a tool. then look through it.( this is cruitial  because if you dont you wont find the puffles)

7. Go to the Sports shop again and choose the rope. Go to the tallest mountain.

8 With the rope, click on the top of the mountain. The rest is just talking.
